Time passes at the same pace each year. Before you think about your age, pause and think instead about all the joys that come into your life each year!

I can think of seven living joys that I have the gift of spending my life with each year! Thank you for the reminder to choose joy!
Sometimes we dont recognize the everyday joys in life. But the more we practice looking for them, the easier they are to see.
